Z vsakim \u0161portnikom najprej vzpostavim osebni stik in skozi pogovor spoznam njegovo ozadje, cilje in omejitve \u2013 \u0161ele nato se pogovarjamo o \u0161tevilkah, ki \u0161tejejo v treningu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skozi leta lastnega treninga in treniranja ostalih sem spoznal, da ne obstaja en popoln program treninga. Vsak \u0161portnik potrebuje individualno zasnovan trening.
