Preden sem imela trenerja, sem tekla ob\u010dasno, a nikoli nisem zares napredovala. Ob\u010dasno sem lahko pretekla 10 kilometrov, vendar je bilo to vedno naporno. \u017delela sem se nau\u010diti, kako pravilno trenirati \u2013 kaj pomeni po\u010ditek, regeneracija, periodizacija in razli\u010dni tipi treningov \u2013 da bi lahko videla dejanske izbolj\u0161ave.\nBla\u017e mi je bil pri tem izjemno v pomo\u010d. Ni le odli\u010den trener, ampak tudi super mentor, ki ti pomaga razumeti, zakaj in kako stvari delujejo v vzdr\u017eljivostnem treningu. Ni me nau\u010dil samo osnov, ampak je \u0161el v podrobnosti glede trening con, razlage treninga glede na sr\u010dni utrip, po\u010ditka, regeneracije in \u0161e mnogo ve\u010d. Po 7 sezonah kolesarjenja sem se prvi\u010d odlo\u010dil za sodelovanje s trenerjem in nau\u010dil sem se res veliko. Dejansko sem spoznal svoje prave intenzivnostne cone in pomen treniranja v le-teh. S tem pristopom do treninga je bil napredek v leto\u0161nji sezoni najve\u010dji do sedaj. \nVe\u010dji del komunikacije poteka preko aplikacije, kjer mi trener vsak trening analizira, pokomentira in poka\u017ee mo\u017enosti za izbolj\u0161ave. Za prihodnjo sezono se bova skupaj za\u010dela pripravljati \u017ee letos, zato so pri\u010dakovanja \u017ee sedaj velika. Zelo cenim, da je prilagodljiv in vedno odziven \u2013 kadar mi zmanjka motivacije, me zna spodbuditi in me opomniti, zakaj sem sploh za\u010del. Pogosto se mi celo pridru\u017ei na treningu, kar je dodatna motivacija.\nNajbolj mi je v\u0161e\u010d njegov celosten pristop. Bla\u017e se ne osredoto\u010da le na tek, ampak poskrbi tudi za nasvete o regeneraciji, prehrani in hidraciji. Zaradi njegovega vodenja sem dosegel vse zastavljene cilje, pridobil samozavest in ponovno odkril veselje do teka.
